What Causes Abdominal Discomfort After Stopping Birth Control Pills?

I've had some discomfort on my left ovary for a while probably for about 3 weeks now. Not daily, but it comes and goes but is here more often. I don't have pain urinating, during sex, no headaches, nor any other discomforts. Sort of feels like gas, but in the same spot every times. I recently got off birth control pills since my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. should I be concerned? The first month I got of BC pill, my period came 24 days after my last, then the next month it came in 26 days. I this my boby just getting back to normal?
