What Causes Abdominal Distension With Regular Periods?

                                        Doctor I am getting my periods regularly after every 30 days but for the past one month I feel my stomach bulging as in pregnancy, I feel some movements inside the stomach, at different places, I feel lazy, weak, and also depressed. Please advise me is there a chance of pregnancy, my periods longs for 2-3 days every month.
