What Causes Areola And Nipple's Unusual Positioning?

'm 14, and my breasts are just weird. My areola and nipple just sit on top of my breast. They don't blend into my breast normally like a developed breast. What is going on? Also, my chest feels pressure whenever I run and my breasts bounce, is it because of the weight? Help! To put my areola situation into more detail, it's like my nipple and areola area is sitting on top of my breast instead of blending into it, almost like a small cake layer on top of a bigger cake layer.
