What Causes Back Pain And Nausea In Case Of PCOS?

Hello i have PCOS and i feel that i am pregnant, but my home pregnancy test keep coming back negative. I been having back pain, stomach getting harder, nausea and headaches, constipation or frequent bowel movements, and sleepy. I dont know if I am pregnant or having a medical problem?
