What Causes Back Pain, Brown Discharge And Sore Nipples?

hi,i have the implant rod in my arm and my last period and the one before was lighter than usual also the second started dark brown and finished with a dark little amounts of discharge,also been sick in the last six weeks a couple of times and had to stop taking antibiotics,i'm going to see my doctor soon but i also have painful lower back waking up later ,sore nipples my flat one is popped out too,and itchy ribs and sometimes look pregnant and feel it! slight movements too like bad twitches lower abdomen or like little movements! negative results on a home test though?I'm 29 on my second implant half way through and have a daughter of 8 years of age.
