What Causes Back Pain, Dry Mouth Along With Frequent And Painful Urination?
Hii I have feeling for frequent urination with little pain during urination,my lower back is paining since 3 months... Now i sm feeling always my mouth dry even just after i took the water. And some times i feel pain from my left most abdominal part when i suddenly try to turn stright in my bed if i am lying towards left.my UA test shows i dont have UTI.

Meanwhile,I suggest to use spasmolytic to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cranberry juice and drinking a lot of liquids.
