What Causes Black Spot In Stomach?

i had a carmra scan done yesterday which i saw everything and in my stomach i saw acid plus i saw a black spot which is more worring to me the the acid i was told that from my opshoporus right down to the pancrius is all infected and was given 4 weeks supply of nexium plus he took a byopsy sample which i be told the result in 4 weeks but never said anything about the black spot so could you tell me what it is please and could it be removed if needs be
