What Causes Black Spots On The Groin?

hi, i was having a shower and noticed small 1-2mm black spot on my bikini line, thought it might be an ingrown hair, but when i dug and squeezed at it a bit, this white solid stuff came out in a ball about 3mm diameter with the black spot still on it. The white stuff wasn't liquidy at all, but isn't hard. Kinda freaking as to what it is and if it will happen again.
