What Causes Blisters Under The Tongue?

I noticed what looks like blisters under my tounge on the floor of my mouth, basically where the real thin piece of skin attaches your tongue to the "mushy" floor of your mouth, this afternoon about 2pm. They will not "pop" and seems there are a few more. About 6pm, I noticed suddenly discomfort on the right underside of my chin to my ear, I felt my lymph nodes and they are HUGE and feel hard...much like when I had mononucleosis 20 yrs ago. I know yu cant get mono 2X.....Don't feel horrible, but don't feel great. I am 42 yrs old, female? Can you give me a possible reason????
