What Causes Blood In Urine In Case Of Stage III Invasive Ductal Carcinoma?

I am a two time Cancer survivor. Diagnosed with stage III invasive ductal carcinoma back in "03" (in remission for 7 yrs now) and stage IIB glassy cell carcinoma (in remission for 2 yrs now). I no longer have a menstral period since my internal radiation was done. Just recently I began to show small traces of blood in my urine, nothing strong and persistant but more like a bright light redish color. This has only occured a few times in the last 4 days, non consecutively, and mostly in the morning, the first 2 times I pass urine but will stop throughout the day. Is this normal or should I be concerned enough to call my doctor in the morning?
