What Causes Blood To Come Out Only When Wiped?

Hi there, my names Gemma and i have a small enquiry, i have been taking my contraceptive pill for 7 years now and recentlely had it changed from microgynon 30 to Leveste. I have had a small bleed during this month but its more of a bleed where its only there when i wipe and it doesnt come out like a period, I have never experienced this before and im extremely worried. I was diagnosed with a health anxiety and panic disorder in 2008 and i also think its come back which isnt helping me really as im thinking there is something serious wrong with me, i need help and advice quick. Thanks. I am 22 years old, 5 foot 7 and i am 13 stone 7.
