What Causes Boil On Inner Thigh Spreading To Vagina?

Hi i have a boil on my left inner thigh, it has been here for 8 yrs but has gotten worst over the years, it is now spreading on the left side in several areas, and also now i see it starting to happen on the right thigh same area, i have had it lanced several times, and taken antibiotics for it, but after a while it returns, and now i have one on the lip of my virgina - please help with advice asap!!!
