What Causes Breast Discomfort, stomach Cramps And Increased Sense Of Smell?

Hi, my name is Erica. Since a week I started experiencing a series of symptoms like cramps in my belly one evening, tiredness (as if my blood pressure would be very low), minor breast discomfort, I have to go to the toilet often, I have the feeling that my facial hair grows faster, but what really worries me is my heightened sense of smell.....I called the doctor, but he said it is most probably nothing and I should wait another 3 weeks. In the internet a heightened sense of smell is a symptom of so many things: from brain lesions to multiple sclerosis, from adrenal exhaustion to pregnancy. I’m a pharmacist, but I start getting nervous about this.....what could it be?
