What Causes Brown Discharge,foul Smelling Urine And Stomach Cramps?

I've recently had unprotected sex but I have been on the birth control pill for about a month. I am experiencing fatigue, stinky urine, occasional slight stomach cramps, my body feels weak, and yesterday there was spotting of an orangish brownish discharge. Could I be pregnant? If not, what could these symptoms mean?
