What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge After Protected Sex?

Hi, last Saturday my boyfriend performed oral sex on me but I put a condom down there, just in case. The next day I saw a light brown-ish vaginal discharge, which I still have. I know this may sound kind of stupid but the condom was "chocolate flavored" and it had lubricant on it. I was just wondering what this brown-ish discharge could be. Also, I had my period about a week and a half ago and we only had oral sex. I hope you can help me...thanks!
