What Causes Bruising On Body After Taking Pravastatin And Clopidogrel?

Hi,my name is William. I have been taking Pravastatin, Clopidogrel, Metroprolol and aspirin for the last 4 months.I have awaken with small bruises through out the last 4 months. Last night I woke coughing, one of my front lower teeth was bleeding, a lot. It continued for about 10 minutes. Right now one of my lower back tooth has been bleeding for 30 minutes. I have not eaten anything. Also, my gums do not bleed when I brush my teeth. Sh ould I be concerned?
