What Causes Bulging Of Abdomen While On Implant?

hello, i have got the implant however over the last few months i have got a bump, even people i dont know are asking how far i am, so i went to the doctors and she felt my belly, asked if its usually rounded and listened to it with one of them things shes now sent me for a scan could i be pregnant? help
