What Causes Bump Inside Labia Minora?

Hi I developed a small bump inside my labia minora. I took a hot shower and sprayed the area with hot water. It seemed to drain and I found a small amount of blood on my panties. After a few days the lump is larger again. I applied a warm compress and again it discharged a small amount of blood and the lump is smaller. What is this and how do I get it to go away?
