What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In Pelvic Area?

My sister age 75 has been diagnosed with displaced sacram, what is her chances of being able to walk again. On July 14, she fell and fractured her pelvic bone, which xrays show has healed well, but in the hospital, her pain level has gone off the charts, with a burning sensation in her crotch and pain in her rear. She has rheumotoid arthritis for 15 years, along with fibro myalgia and renoids (cold hands and feet). Her bones overall are very brittle and weak. She is 6ft and weighs 175 lbs. Any tips would be helpful
