What Causes Chest Tightness And Difficulty In Breathing?

I just experienced some chest tightness and had a little bit of difficulty taking a deep breath of air about 20 mins ago. My dad gave me some aspirin and told me to take a hot shower, and I actually feel a little better. I have no history of asthma. I smoked hookah for my birthday yesterday. I m not sure what s going on. What s the deal?

This could just have been a mild anxiety attack, perhaps from the hookah smoking and nothing more.
It certainly doesn't sound cardiac or asthma
