What Causes Chronic Headaches?

I have had a headache everyday since I started an office job. Medicine helps, but tha next day after a few hours at work, it comes back. What could cause this? I tried not to take anything because I feel I have been overloading on aspirin, but if I don't take it, it hurts. What could be causing this?
