What Causes Cold, Ear Pain And Sore Throat?

Hi there. I'm an 18 year old female, i don't know if
That makes any difference or anything but for last
5 days I've been suffering from a very heavy cold/light flu
And still have it now. I have also been suffering with very
Bad ear pain for the last 4 and a half 5 days also.
I haven't had any discharge from my ears, and both seem
Equally bad, but have been taking ibuprofen every 4-6
Hours and now it seemingly docent do anything and I am now
Loosing sleep due to ear pain, I also have a sore throat if that's
Anything to do with it. Do you think I should get it checked by
My GP?
