What Causes Cough With Fever?

i am suffering from fever since five days. i have temperature between 99 to 102 degree fahrenheit. i have no infection or other disorder. typhoid is not yet confirmed. i have cough and headache. please tell me what is the matter and how i will get healthy.reply soon and thanks!!!

Have you had a chest x-ray performed? If not, you should see a doctor and have one done to evaluate you for pneumonia, which is a common cause of cough and fevers. Pneumonia is treatable with antibiotics but can become severe without treatment.
