I had a surgical abortion exactly two weeks ago with medium then no bleeding of a brownish color with a lot of bloat. Then for the past week, no symptoms at all. Suddenly today I am experiencing cramping, bloating, and bleeding of a red color. is this okay? is this aa sign of infection?
