What Causes Cramping, Numbness And Breathing Difficulty?

I am a 24 years old and 47 kg female. Couple days ago, most of my body (except head) was cramped and numbed, had a hard time breathing, and couldn't move. After almost an hour (after ate a granular bar and inhale oxygen), I'm getting better (but numbness and cramp still going on in a mild condition) but I was really weak that I couldn't walk/stand by myself. The next day, I felt so tired and muscle soreness at places where cramps happened. This similar incident happened before when I was 15 and it has happened at least 10 times until today. The first incident happened when I was resting in classroom after some exercises. The recent incident happened probably I haven't had my lunch (I was hungry at that point). I'm not sure if I am just having a panic attack or I may have Hyperkalemic periodic paralysis. Can you let me know what should I do from now on?
