What Causes Cramping,bloating And Light Bleeding?

I had my period around December 23, I began spotting pink/ brown scanty discharge around January 4. On January 6, my husband and I had intercourse and I've been lightly bleeding for 5 days, only enough for a panty liner. Mild cramping, bloating, and tiredness. What are the possible causes of this?
