What Causes Cramps In Calf Muscles And Feet?

cramps in the calf muscles in both legs, also in both feet, can change daily, was put on quinine sulphate that didnt help, on it again and is still awake with the cramp feeling, hardly ever get the cramps, only the feeling that i am going to get it, not only at night, but every moment of the day.. please help me
