Please provide me with your opinion and advice on the problem I am currently facing:



My problem:

The facial skin (especially my forehead skin) darkens after 14-17hrs of masturbating. Earlier acne also used to appear on my right cheek, but that has stopped now. I am facing the acute problem of skin darkeing. This actually makes my face look very dull as the forehead appears darker than rest of my face.



I recently got married, and I face the same situation of skin darkening whenever i indulge in a physical activity with my partner. I am really worried as it has started hampering my marriage life too. Please help me in this regards.



I used to have a very clear skin till my school days (standard VII). But after that my skin has darkened considerably, majorly due to the reason cited above.
