What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi Doctor, I am 21 years of age and I am Insulin Resistant. I have never missed a period, in fact I have always had my period earlier than 28 days (between 18-24 days). I started my period on the 1st of May last month and had it for about 5 days which was normal, however according to a 28 day cycle I should have started my period more or less on the 30th of May. It is today the 4th of June and I haven t had my period yet. I did a test 2 days ago and it came out negative. I normally would drink plenty of water and if I don t my urine will come out yellow, however I haven t drank any water fluids since yesterday and it is still a clear/cloudy urine...I am a little bit worried. Does it mean there is still a possibility that I can be pregnant?? And does the clear/cloudy urine colour mean any danger??
