What Causes Delayed Period Along With Brown Vaginal Discharge?
Hi I was due period on 19th of this month, 3 day before due on I had a single spot, I m 12 days late today. For last couple of hours I ve had on and off stomach pain with brown slim discharge only when I wee then wipe, 6 negative urine tests, last one done 2 days ago. Could I pregnant?

Since you are 12 days on delay your pregnancy tests are valid so you are not pregnant since did 6 pregnancy tests.
You may be having a hormonal issue and taking progesterone-like hormones for 7 days may be advisable. Then you may stop them and the period will come in 7 days after stopping treatment.
