What Causes Delayed Period While Taking Birth Control Pills Irregularly?

Hi, I was on birth control for 2 months, and maybe missed a pill or two but always doubled up. About a week into my first week of my third month I had sex, the guy did not finish and wore a condom. The rest of the month I had a lot of issues, missed a lot of pills and doubled up a lot, I had my period but did not have the following one, I am currently off birth control, could I be pregnant? or do you think it is just the affects of my crazy birth control schedule?
