Hi,

HCG shot must have been given for maturation and timely ovulation. As per your follicular study report you have ovulated. Duphaston must have been given to help you to conceive if at all fertilization has taken place.

Since you have not got periods, it would be advisable for you to take a urine pregnancy test and consult your doctor for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
