What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking An HCG Shot And Duphaston?
Hii....I got an HCG shot on 27 Feb 17....and as per Follicular study.......i ovulated on 01 mar 17. Took Duphaston 10 mg from 01 mar to 10 Mar 17...........today is 20 Mar 17...but no periods till today. I had a regular 31 day cycle for last 4 months without any medication.
HCG shot must have been given for maturation and timely ovulation. As per your follicular study report you have ovulated. Duphaston must have been given to help you to conceive if at all fertilization has taken place.
Since you have not got periods, it would be advisable for you to take a urine pregnancy test and consult your doctor for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Ashakiran S,
