What Causes Delayed Periods?
I am a 38 year old female. I have had a tubal ligation and a reversal and one successful pregnancy since the reversal in 2013. We are not actively trying to get pregnant, however I am not on birth control. My LMP began on 5/15 and I am now 12 days late. Home pregnancy tests are negative. What could be the cause of such a delayed period?
