What Causes Delayed Periods?

I am 10 days late on my period, although I keep on having cramps at nights and in the morning, from the 1st day. No sore breasts, or dizziness or upset stomach, although i get occasional dierhea (i'm always like that though). Did a cleaerblue pregnancy test on day 8 and it came out as Not Pregnant. We use Condoms for protection. what's going on with me?
