What Causes Dimpling In Breast?

I have a small dimpling in my right breast but when I do a breast exam I feel no difference in my breast. the dimpling is only there when I raise my arms, my breast looks even and normal if I stand straight in the mirror. could this be fatty tissue or cellulite? I just had a breast exam by my doctor a month ago. she never mentioned any concern
