What Causes Dizziness And Throbbing In Ears?

I have had to take nearly 5 weeks off work- I rarely have any time off at all, I m never really ill. I have started to feel alot better now but I am extremely worried that my symptoms will come back. My symtoms included: dizziness, motion sickness (sometimes unable to walk in straight line), tinnitus, throbbing in ears, allergy to noise, especially loud shrill noises, fullness in ears, a thick throat, extreme fatigue, breathlessness, palpitations, pressure headache, aching around eyes, stiff neck and top of back, brain fog and forgetting words. My doctor said it could be M.E but I have asked him 3 times to give me a blood test and he refuses to see if there are any other causes apart from M.E. He said himself that it was borderline that I might have it but doesn t seem prepared to look into anything else. Ive just been reading about possibility it might be vitamin B12 deficiency???
