What Causes Dizziness,vomiting,nausea,headaches And Tingling In The Hands?

My boyfriend is experiencing dizziness, vomiting, nausea, headaches and tingling in the hands/arms. He's also disorientated and forgetting where he is. He saw a doctor, but the doctor cut him off halfway through listing symptoms and said it was food poisoning and handed him medication for it. This is not a case of food poisoning, though. Do you know what may be causing these symptoms?
