What Causes Dry Cough And Sore Throat?
Hi,
Woke up this morning, with a very ticklish dry cough, and a bit of a raw "sore" throat.
Looked inside my mouth and saw this: (Caution....)

It's a bit disgusting, no clue whats happening, going to doctors in 2 days as the local is closed and a bit far away from the nearest hospital...or does this warrant an emergency drive? (also have a mild fever and muscle aches)
