I have a small patch of skin that keeps peeling off on my penile shaft. This just started two days ago. It started as very tiny circle and kept peeling off. When it peels it travels raw skin and Burns. I notice the skin becomes easier to fall off when I bath. I've tried lotion hydrocortizone and nothing helps its still peeling and is about 2 times bigger than it began. What could be causing this dry pat h to continue to grow? And what can I do to fix it?
