What Causes Erectile Dysfunction During Sex?

I am 28 yrs old and lately i have been having problems getting and keeping my penis erect at times with my girlfriend during sex. Does drinking too much caffeine (e.g. monsters) , taking protein, and pre workout drinks (I drink Jakked 3D) have anything to do with or could it also be stress, alcohol, or simply a psychological issue?
