What Causes Excess Oily Skin And Heavy Bleeding With History Of PCOS?

hi,i am a 19year old female. i was diagnosed with PCOS 7 months ago,and i was put on birth control pills for six months.i finished my course,and now i can feel my symptoms recurring,such as excessive skin oiliness, heavy menstrual bleeding and hirsuitism. the heavy bleeding and excessive skin oiliness had greatly reduced when i was on the pills. what do you advice? should i go back to the pills? please reply soon. thankyou.
