hi Doctor Andrew, i have been on trigestrel for about 6 months now.. i have gained so much weight and i started exercising for 3 hours a day and still i think its maintaining the fat weight i am , and i have been getting more and more cellulite . what could you advice...

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

Do a clinical exam by your treating Doctor and do few investigations like [fasting blood sugar, TSH, lipid profile, kidney function test and USG scan] to ruled out any underlaying pathological disorders behind weight gain.

If no underlaying cause is found then discuss with your doctor to adjust dose of medication or stop it to prevent [OHSS].
