What Causes Eye And Temple Twitching, Neck Area Soreness Intermittently?

Hi, doctor. My name is Josh, and I'm having an issue and was wondering if there's any cause of concern or need to see a doctor in person. For the past 2-3 days, I've had a weird pulsating "twitch" above my left temple. Now, it doesn't hurt, but it's rather noticeable and rather annoying. It comes and goes, but is more prominent when I'm less active. This was the only issue until today. Now, my neck area is slightly sore and thr temple left of my left eye occasionally twitches. Here are some helpful factors of my health that may help: - I have been checked for diabetes and high blood pressure roughly 4 years ago during a brief history of anxiety, which I have not suffered since, but wasn't diagnosed with either. - I have been not as active as I'd like to be since being laid off from my past job. It has been just about 2 months since. - I have not been receiving as much sleep as often as I should. - I have not been eating as healthy as I should be. - I'm a 26 y/o male, roughly 165 lbs., 5'6" (don't know if it helps to know my bmi). If there's anything else, please feel free to ask.
