What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Stiffness In The Neck?

Just came home from Urgent care because of symptoms I thought were entirely allergy sinus related. Had this last Dec-Jan and thought it was becoming a lung and sinus infection brought on by the pollen in the area. I am also very tired, weak, sometimes feel a bit faint, have a mild headache and stiff neck. Thought this was all due to coughing and not sleeping well. I thought the coughing and possible lung issue was contributing to the heavy chest (feels like someone put a 20 lb weight there) Next thing I know I am getting an EKG in addition to the lung xray. Lungs are good but have sinus infection. The EKG shows I have a slow heartbeat of 58. I m 60 female and take Levothyroxine 75 mcg. Urgent care doctor says if it gets worse to go to ER. My doctor is unavailable and can not see me until 3rd week of Oct. What do you make of this?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are taking Levothyroxine, it seems you have thyroid dysfunction. Fatigue is a common symptom of patients suffering from thyroid hormone dysfunction. You need to get a repeat check up of T3, T4 , TSH to have a better estimate of your health condition, your medications will be monitored accordingly. For sinus, get examined by an ENT surgeon, get X-ray(PNS) done. Headache is due to sinus, take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and antibiotics(Doxycycline) for relieve. Get evaluated and treated.
