What Causes Feet, Ankles, Head, Neck And Back Aching Near The Kidneys?

My name is mary and I m 23, I don t have much of a medical history except kidney infections from pregnancy and a case of mastitis from nursing. For the mastitis they put me on cipro and clindamycin and since I went off it I feel little aches or twinges in my feet,ankles, knees, head, neck and lower back near kidneys. So can anyone explain this? Oh and its in between shoulders and spines as well.
