What Causes Fever With Bowel Symptoms And Abdominal Pain?

My body temperature the last couple of weeks has been running 95.8 to 98.2 degrees. Should I worry? I'm 50, female, overweight, with history of Lyme disease (not sure it's gone), CMV, etc.; variable thyroid test results never quite out of "normal" range; somewhat low platelets at last test (don't have numbers, sadly). I have celiac, and avoid wheat; for last couple of months, have been having new bowel symptoms and ULQ abdominal pain.
