What Causes Fleshy Particles During Bleeding With Severe Cervical Pain?

39yrs 5ft7 9stone. Recently taken2 consecutive courses of Norethisterone delaying periods whilst recovering from an exterior gynocological opperation, ‘labiaectomy’. When finishing the Norethisterone period started within a couple of days. I experienced great internal pain at the cervical area, loss of blood clots followed by loss of what looks like a small umbilicalchord (tube of flesh with obvious opening in the non raw end and the other end raw with broken blood vessels where it dettched) I'm 100% sure that I wasn't pregnant before/during the course of Norethisterone, The only pregnancy I have experienced was 4yrs ago. Does Norethisterone fool your body into thinking it's pregnant? Could a cluster of leftover placental/chord cells have been triggered into new growth whilst on Norethisterone? Does cervicalcancer result in a prolapsed and detachment of the cervix? Could being on/finishing a course of Norethisterone have triggered detachment in a case of undiagnosed cervical cancer? I‘ve left tissue concerned with local hospital they're performing a biopsy, results due 2weeks! Please advise in the mean time as 2weeks is a long time to ''not knowing what is happening''!
