What Causes Frequent And Burning Urination After Laparoscopy?

Hi i recently had a laparascopy for endometriosis removal and i couldnt pee after the surgery no one picked up on it unitl my bladder was at 800ml i had a catheter put jn to drain its out now but i have a burning pain and having to pee every 30 mins is this normal

Hi, I think you have got some urine infections. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotics according to the culture reports.
