What Causes Frequent Urination And Vaginal Inflammation?

I have had syptoms that are very much like reactive arthritis (except for frequent urination/vaginal inflamation). My symptoms are a sudden onset of pink eyes (both) and very swollen and stiff hands, wrists, knees, toes and heel pain. I feel extremely fatiqued when it happens. I have also had a rash on the inside of my index finger during one flare. I've been tested for bacteria - stool sample, Clymidia, Ciliac's disease - all are negative. Could there be another cause?
