What Causes Hard Bumps In Chest?

I have a large raised bump(about the size of a quarter) on my chest. It started out as a pimple this ummer, healed, then went into a HARD bump(the size of a pencil eraser. Now it's red(no puss, bluss, fluids), hard and the size of a quarter. What is this?
